InVerba is a document intelligence platform built in Belgrade for the organisations that run on paper trails: law firms, insurance companies, and medical institutions across Southeast Europe.

Why we exist

Every law firm, insurer, and clinic in the region sits on an archive that grows faster than anyone can read it. The knowledge is there - the liability cap someone negotiated in 2019, the exclusion clause that decides a claim, the patient history spread across three systems - but finding it means opening file after file, or asking the one colleague who remembers.

Global AI tools weren't built for this. They aren't grounded in your archive, they rarely handle Serbian - let alone both Latin and Cyrillic script - and they can't tell you where an answer came from. In regulated work, an answer without a source is not an answer.

InVerba does one thing well: it lets your team ask questions in plain language and get answers grounded in your own documents, with a citation to the exact source passage - document, page, paragraph.

Why Southeast Europe

We started here deliberately, not by accident:

  • The language gap is real. Serbian-language documents - in two scripts - are poorly served by tools trained and tested primarily on English. We treat Serbian as a first-class language, not an afterthought.
  • The regulatory context is specific. GDPR applies, but so does the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL). We designed for both from day one, with data residency in the EU (AWS Frankfurt).
  • The market is underserved. Regional firms are asked to choose between global platforms that don't fit and no tooling at all. We think they deserve software built for how they actually work.

How we build

Citations or it didn't happen

Every answer links to its source passage. If the platform can't ground an answer in your documents, it says so instead of guessing.

Security before features

Per-client encryption keys, isolated storage, full audit trails. We ship security first and features second - in that order, every time.

Your data is yours

We never train AI models on customer documents. Enterprise clients can run InVerba inside their own AWS account.

Honest marketing

No invented logos, no fake testimonials, no inflated numbers. What we claim on this site is what the platform does.

Who's behind it

InVerba is a founder-led company operated by Inverba d.o.o., registered in Belgrade, Serbia. The platform is designed and engineered in Belgrade, with infrastructure hosted in AWS Frankfurt (eu-central-1).

We keep the team small on purpose: it keeps us close to every client and every line of the product. When you email office@inverba.app, the person who reads it is the person building the platform.
