The deal, plainly

  • Duration: 30 days on the full platform
  • Price: 50% of the first month's price of the plan that fits your team - no setup fee, no long-term commitment
  • Exit: continue on a standard plan with your indexed archive intact, or walk away - your documents are exported on request and permanently deleted within 30 days

How the 30 days run

Week 1

Kickoff, upload, and success criteria

We agree the test together: you pick 20-30 real questions your team answers regularly and note where the correct answers live. Then you upload your pilot archive - most collections are indexed and ready within 48 hours.

Weeks 2-3

Daily use by your team

Your pilot users work normally and route their document questions through InVerba - real matters, real claims, real records. We check in weekly and tune retrieval where your archive needs it.

Week 4

Scoring and decision

We sit down with the numbers: how the platform scored on your question set, how usage developed, and what your team says. If the criteria aren't met, we tell you so - the pilot exists to answer the question, not to soften it.

What to bring

  • Documents: anywhere from a few hundred to several thousand - PDF, Word, Excel, and scanned files all work
  • People: 2-5 pilot users who actually search documents in their daily work
  • Questions: the 20-30 real questions that become your test set - we help you shape them in the kickoff

What success is measured on

  • Answer accuracy on your test set - does the cited answer match what your experts know to be correct, with the right source?
  • Time to answer - minutes of manual searching versus seconds by query, on the same questions
  • Real adoption - are your pilot users still asking questions in week 3, unprompted?
Security during the pilot Pilots run with the same protections as production: encryption with a per-client key, isolated storage, EU data residency (AWS Frankfurt), full audit trail, and a signed Data Processing Agreement before any document is uploaded.
